Historical terms

The following clauses were in effect before discontinuation and are included for reference only.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

Users were responsible for the activity on their account and for keeping login credentials secure. Accounts could not be used in violation of applicable law or contractual obligations.

2. Permitted use

Line Chief helped users create better prompts and route tasks to AI tools. Misuse, unauthorized access, reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or interference with the service was not permitted.

3. AI outputs and professional judgment

AI-generated results could be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or otherwise unsuitable. Users were solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any output.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans were billed through Stripe or a similar processor. Taxes, refunds, cancellation, and subscription terms were governed by the checkout terms shown at the time of purchase. No active billing occurs.

5. Suspension and termination

Access could be suspended, limited, or terminated if the service was being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatened the security, integrity, or availability of the platform. The service has since been discontinued.

6. Disclaimers

The service was provided on an as-is and as-available basis. There was no guarantee that the service would be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

7. Changes

Terms could be updated from time to time, with the current version posted on this page. Following the August 2026 acquisition, the terms are no longer amended — they are archived as-is.
